Shipping policy

We try to make every effort to ship your item out withing 7-10 business days.  We use USPS or UPS ground for shipping.  We do not offer expedited shipping, but if you need an item ASAP, please notify us and we will try to accommodate.  

If there is damage or an issue with your shipment, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt.  Take pictures of the damage and of the packing.  We ship with insurance and can file a claim for you if necessary.
