Refund policy

Returns on personalized items are not accepted unless an error is made on our part.  We ask that you check your items as soon as they are received and notify us with 24 hours if there is an issue.

If there is a defect in the item, please send us a photo of the issue promptly.  We will make every effort to resolve the issue with the manufacturer.  Patches on hats are applied with a heat activated adhesive.  It is recommended to spot clean only.  We do not guarantee our hats with patches that have been washed in a machine. 

Wooden cutting boards are not dishwasher safe and suggest damp cloth cleaning and not soaking in water.
